The problem
A firm needs a matter-scoped channel and a record of who directed the work. The direction record is an operational record. It is not a privilege grant.
How the product works
A firm books a pilot. A dedicated deployment exists only after it is signed and evidenced. Access is scoped to a firm and a matter. Cross-firm access fails closed. The public demo must not receive customer matter data.
