CounselConduit sells the controlled service. The firm owns the legal relationship and its Google environment. Google sells and bills the compute. Courts decide privilege. Privilege is not created by software and is never guaranteed. Service pricing only. Google Cloud and applicable Google Workspace usage are not included in the subscription fee.
Demo environment
Our demo environment contains no customer matter data. Customer deployments run only in the customer's own Google Cloud project.

Zero Data Retention
ZDR means Zero Data Retention. In plain English: after the AI finishes processing a request, the provider does not keep the prompt or response in durable storage.
That is different from no training, which is where people routinely mix the concepts. No training means data is not used to improve the model. ZDR means the provider does not keep the prompt or output after processing. No human review, no logging, and no safety classifiers are separate questions. You can have one without the others.

Encryption in transit
Public traffic is served over TLS. At-rest key management and BYOK are firm-configured where contracted — not a blanket public guarantee.
Audit logging where enabled
Where a firm enables logging, operational events can be retained for review. A universal immutable ledger or on-demand court provenance are not claimed on this public site.
